American cherry wood is one of the finest hardwoods domestically grown in the eastern USA. Blonde in color when freshly cut, cherry is tightly grained which allows for the most intricate detail work and finishes to a satin-smooth surface that’s wonderful to touch. With time and exposure to light, cherry will deepen in color to a rich, rosy, saddle-brown color.
