Continental USA Customers
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, we will gladly pay return UPS shipping for a full refund or exchange. We just ask that you return it within 90 days and use the original packaging. To request a return, fill out the Request a return form to request a return authorization. Please include the order number and item(s) you wish to return.
Hawaii, Alaska and Canadian Customers
Unfortunately, we can't afford to be so generous with our far away customers due to expensive shipping costs. Wish we could. (Having said that, please let us know your situation. We certainly want to be fair and for you to be totally happy with your Heartwood experience.)
Jewelry Boxes
Our Jewelry Boxes and Valet Boxes need special attention. They must be shipped back via UPS in original shipping containers.
